UTB unveils achievements in Ramadan Ghabga

The university held a Ghabga in the presence of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, university and college officers, faculty, staff, students, alumni, their families and other distinguished visitors to embody the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan and to emphasize the significance of maintaining community ties, hospitality and generosity.

In addition, UTB’s corporate responsibility initiatives since its foundation were highlighted in a video. In his message, Dr. Hasan Almulla, President, said, “This celebration is another university milestone for its continuous commitment to get closer to our students, alumni, faculty, staff, their families and communities.” He also encouraged everyone to drive and enact initiatives to positively impact our community and inspire more students to develop their careers in engineering, computing, and business among others.

The celebration was also an array of entertainment which included trivia competition participated in by everyone and draws of lots of lucky numbers for some exciting raffle prizes provided by the university and a number of partners in support of UTB’s objectives.

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences led other colleges and departments in honouring Dr. Hasan Almulla for his great efforts for the university.
