UTB students empowered to level up their personal brand
The seminar on “Strategies to Build Your Personal Brand” at the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB) empowered students with practical ideas and tools to reshape their professional paths with confidence and clarity.
With the workplace rapidly evolving, the importance of a distinctive personal brand has never been more pronounced. In her talk, Ms Sehar Awan, founder and career strategist, shared the importance of personal branding, career development, and strategic use of LinkedIn in today’s competitive job market. highlighting how individuals can harness their unique traits, passions, and strengths to position themselves as thought leaders and stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
Throughout the interactive session, UTB students actively engaged in meaningful discussions, exploring the fundamentals of self-awareness, authenticity, and value-driven branding. They were encouraged to reflect on their personal journeys, articulate their goals, and develop a consistent digital narrative that resonates with employers and peers alike.
