UTB partners with INJAZ Bahrain for career success

To bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, and to strengthen student employability, the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB) routinely partners with INJAZ Bahrain to facilitate the Head Start workshop, designed to equip UTB students with up-to-date, industry-responsive skills, the right mindset, and the confidence to excel in internships and the workplace.

The workshop was specifically designed for UTB’s internship students, offering them essential insights into real-world workplace expectations, while sharpening their CV writing, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Delivered through practical activities and guided mentorship, the event bridged the gap between academic learning and the demands of modern professional environments.

As part of UTB’s broader strategy to equip students for the world of work, the university actively collaborates with professional organisations such as INJAZ Bahrain to provide access to career-readiness initiatives that amplify students’ internship performance and future employability. Through initiatives like Head Start, students gain hands-on experience and confidence to take decisive steps in their respective career paths.

The university continues to promote internships as a vital element of its academic structure, ensuring students are not only qualified but also workplace-ready, resilient, and driven to contribute effectively to competitive industries.

UTB and INJAZ Bahrain share a vision to empower the next generation of professionals in Bahrain with the tools, training, and mindset required to excel in the global workforce.
