UTB maps out four-year roadmap at annual staff meeting

In a strong display of unity and forward-thinking leadership, the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB) held its annual staff meeting with the theme “IGNITE” to outline a four-year strategic roadmap that will guide the university’s growth and innovation. The gathering brought together academic and administrative teams to reflect on institutional achievements, strategise future goals, and reinforce UTB’s commitment to delivering high-quality education and student success.

Dr Hasan Almulla, President of UTB, led the strategic workshop, where faculty members and staff were grouped to collaboratively discuss, brainstorm, and present ideas aimed at advancing the university’s academic, operational, and community impact over the next four years. Following the session, participants took part in engaging team-building activities and networking opportunities, fostering stronger collaboration and shared purpose across colleges and departments.

Emphasising the spirit of the IGNITE theme, UTB’s leadership highlighted the importance of cultivating a culture of innovation, growth, networking, inspiration, teamwork, and excellence – the driving principles behind the university’s continued success.
