UTB celebrates National Action Charter with unity and pride
The University of Technology Bahrain (UTB) celebrated National Action Charter, reflecting the spirit of unity, national pride, and commitment to the Kingdom’s progress. The event gathered together students, alumni and staff to commemorate this historic milestone.
Dr Hasan Almulla, President of UTB, highlighted the significance of the National Action Charter as a cornerstone of Bahrain’s development, democracy, and national cohesion. He emphasised the pivotal role of education in shaping future leaders who will continue to uphold the values enshrined in the Charter. He commended Bahrain’s visionary leadership for fostering a culture of peace, prosperity, and progress, while reaffirming UTB’s dedication to contributing to the Kingdom’s national goals through academic excellence and community engagement.
Following the speech, a ceremonial cake cutting took centre stage, symbolising UTB’s shared joy and pride in celebrating this historic milestone. The festivities were further enriched by the traditional serving of Arabic coffee and sweets, offering a warm reflection of Bahraini hospitality and culture.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, the university’s Music Club rendered heartfelt pieces, evoking a deep sense of national pride through music. Their performance resonated with the audience, beautifully blending tradition with youthful energy.
The celebration not only honoured National Action Charter but also reinforced UTB’s role in nurturing a strong sense of national identity, unity, and cultural appreciation among its students and the wider community.
